Organization

I got three different categories that these templates might go under:

  1. Static Production Points - physical locations that aren't moving around. This could be a library, an org, maybe other things too
  2. Mobile Production Points - People on the move that set up temporary orgs on the spot wherever they go or maybe they just travel around auditing people or whatever. Could be a team or a single person.
  3. Non-physical Production Points - a website where services are provided over the phone or web such as IFA

Is this a good way to organize it or does someone have better ideas?

Template

Here is what I've got for a template. It is not complete though as I don't know what all the specialist courses are, don't know much about class 7, 9, 10 and 11, not sure what all is interned, not sure what all the management courses are, etc. Anyone know what to put in for the rest of it?

  • Center Name
    • Location: This is the address for orgs that want to disclose it. For orgs that don't, a general area and some idea of how far away it is from the nearest big city would be ideal. Some people can't live out in isolated areas because of careers so this is important info.
    • Library: What percent complete is the location's library? This refers to the actual hard copies, not digital. If there is no library a simple "No" is fine. A guess at the percentage is fine. Further notes are okay too.
    • Phone: phone number for the org itself
    • Website: if there is no website currently, put a page on Andreas website, I doubt he'll mind and it's open to everyone for editing anyway.
    • Email: email for the org itself
    • Contacts: put any important contacts here of staff members so people can get in touch
    • FZ Certifications: list all the certifications of auditors there and the org as a whole that have been obtained in the freezone. Right now IFA is the only one I know of but maybe there will be other organizations that do this in the future
    • Tech-Version: Please tell on which version of LRH-Tech you are basing your services: pre-1973, pre-1978, pre-1983 or later.
    • Fulltime Staff: how many people work fulltime (40 hours per week or more) in this center
    • parttime Staff: how many people are helping this center
    • Highest Staff Level: The highest training level obtained by the staff (not necessarily what is offered).
    • Highest Case Level: The highest case level obtained by the staff (not necessarily what is offered).
    • Notes: Any extra notes about it
  • WIAC Training: If there is no training, a simple "No" is fine without the breakout below.
    • HQS: Yes or No on each of these
